Jell-o Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 large box red jell-o
• 1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
• 1 regular can unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 package (box or tin) frozen sliced strawberries with juice
• 2 ripe bananas

Procedure

• Defrost strawberries
• Mash bananas with fork
• Dissolve jell-o in 1 cup of boiling water
• In large bowl add and mix pineapple, strawberries (with juices), and bananas
• Pour jell-o into bowl - mix
• Put 1/2 above into glass serving bowl and refrigerate until set
• Leave other half out of refrigerator
• When refrigerated bowl is set - spread sour cream on top
• Pour unrefrigerated mixture on top - refrigerate until set

Double recipe for more than about 8 people.
