Pineapple Pudding Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 whole eggs (whites and yolks)
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 medium sized can of crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 strip (bar?) of melted butter.
  • 8 sliced cubed bread - no crust

Procedure

  1. In bowl beat eggs
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix
  3. It doesn't say this but I'm guessing it needs to go from the mixing bowl into an oven safe square, rectangular, or loaf pan before putting into the oven.
  4. Bake uncovered 350 degrees Fahrenheit about 45 minutes 1 hour
