Easy Pie Crust (Bottom Only)

Ingredients Part 1

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Tsps. sugar
  • 1 Tsp. salt

Ingredients Part 2

  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil (soy, canola, etc.)
  • 3 Tblspns. cold milk

Ingredients Part 1 for Double

  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 Tsps. sugar
  • 2 Tsp. salt

Ingredients Part 2 for Double

  • 1 1/3 cup vegetable oil (soy, canola, etc.)
  • 6 Tblspns. cold milk

Procedure

  1. In pie place mix together ingredients part 1
  2. Make "well" in center
  3. In 1-cup measuring cup mix ingredients part 2 then pour in "well" in pie plate
  4. Mix with utencil and then with hands
  5. Arrange evenly on bottom of plate
  6. Work evenly up sides
  7. Pinch top and flute (or whatever turns you on)
  8. Fill and bake, or bake only for fillings that don't get baked (like chocolate cream)
  9. If baking unfilled, bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit until lightly browned evenly
