Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 1 cups bread crumbs
• Seasoned Salt
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Grated parmesan cheese

Procedure

A procedure is not provided so I will take a shot at it myself.

1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowls and mix everything together.
2. Mold into balls about the size of a golf ball or pool table ball.
3. Cook in tomato sauce for 2 to 4 hours until internal temperature of each ball is 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
