My Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cans white tuna
  • 3/8 cup minced onion
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup thin sliced carrots
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese or cut up american cheese
  • 3/4 pound medium shells pasta
  • can of peas ?
  • Lite olive oil
  • Milk whole
  • salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

  1. Cook pasta then drain
  2. Add cheddar cheese - mix in
  3. Add tuna
  4. Add vegetables
  5. Add olive oil - mix
  6. Add oil and milk until there is a small amount of liquid sauce left on pasta
